Unacceptable lack of service and liars. My parents paid up front for service to have their heater replaced before this devastating ice storm hit Oxford Mississippi and they did not make it a priority to take care of them before the storm. Now it’s been over 4 weeks. This company had no problem taking their money, but did not provide the service. They kept setting a date they would come before the storm and would late notice each time saying they couldn’t make it because “they didn’t have the right part programmed” 3 times back to back. It’s all BS. They are the cheapest option around for HVAC service for a reason. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to have a reputable company take care of you. It’s sad in critical times you can’t depend on the bare minimum from this garbage compan

While trying to enjoy dinner with my family, my phone started ringing and said possible spam! It was Air South call center, they also sent a text about their end of year special, I responded to the text with stop. They have since called my phone 9 more time, I called the number back and spoke to a representative and explained I was eating with my family and wasn't interested in their services to please stop calling, they have called 4 more times. Do yourself a favor stay away from this company and their harassing tactics! I will be filling a BBB complaints tomorrow as well as calling the owner of this location directly. Piss poor business practices and for the record the quote they gave me 6 months ago was 6k higher than the company that did my work.

I highly recommend AirSouth for all HVAC needs. I had my system replaced in February 2025 and I just wanted to say that they were fantastic! From Sales to installation to customer service!
