When my AC circulating fan failed I searched for a replacement on the internet. Most ran $1250-$1400 but there was one, from a company named Airstar, that was only $825. A bit skeptical, I went online to check the reviews of Airstar. Since I always go to the negative reviews first, I read repeated complaints about their customer service, their product quality and their delivery issues. Almost every complaint was followed by a reply from an Airstar employee refuting the claim and, sometimes, even offering evidence of the unreliability of the complaint. As I read these responses, I could almost see myself writing them - too many review websites become a forum for complaints from entitled buyers or people that try to take advantage of generous return policies. Just wanted to say that my experience with Airstar Solutions was top notch. Dealing with Greg R. was outstanding and he fielded my questions and offered his opinions on a product. He informed me immediately when the product was in stock and shipped it out as soon as I paid for the order. Thanks a bunch and great customer service.

We ordered from this company on Amazon. We paid $290 For a halo replacement LED lightbulb and got a used item. It had scuff marks on it, a fluid of some sort And even a date of June 24. We called halo directly and we confirmed this would not be the date made. The item was not in good condition and we paid a lot for it. I am worried after seeing the other negative Amazon review and the way it was responded to by the owner. There are also several other reviews on Amazon about poor customer service. All I ask for is that we get a response to our Amazon inquiry and get the new item we paid for and that it is in new, perfect condition unlike this one.

Ordered some Amrad caps from these guys. Arrived quickly and the manufacturer date on the units were recent so they weren't offloading old stock like some online shops. Very satisfied. I will be ordering more supplies from them.

It seems my first review was deleted, so I will leave another. Just take a look at the other 1 star reviews, one even claims poor customer service. Poor customer service is exactly what you will get. I requested a replacement item. During this request the secretary was rude. I called in response to his email and he acted as if he had no clue what I was talking about. After dealing with this the item was returned, costing $8. No sweat. They then email me that the item had be received and to call them. So I call and once again the same secretary acted as if he had no clue what I was talking about and once again he would get to it the next day. Not once seeming to understand that I was waiting for an item I had already paid for. I even asked if it would be easier for them to just refund me th
