After replacing the capacitor on our neighbor's heat pump blower motor 3 times we realized the blower motor was actually bad. Found the oem replacement motor for the trane unit on airstar site. It was fedex delivered in less than 2 days. Amazing customer service when I called to confirm the motor was the correct one. Fast shipping. And the motor was under $500 to save the neighbors with a overpriced contractor in middle of winter in Pennsylvania. We had also ordered a digital wifi thermostat for a trane heat pump unit a few years ago and it was also shipped quickly and great price.

Where to start? Confusion over warranty on bulb. (Not my fault) My original bulb, which I had a written 2 year warranty from the manufacturer, didn't last 1 year. Due to cancer surgery, treatment and feeling lousy, I didn't report in a timely manner. Oh yes, I'm also a senior citizen! Got nothing but excuses and zero empathy. To be fair, I was sent a replacement bulb, which I charged on my Amazon account. It arrived shattered. Again, blame placed on shipping. Not my fault, either. Returned that bulb and my account was credited. So if the bulb I originally ordered along with the hardware REALLY only had a 1 year life span, it didn't live to see a year. You'd think I would have been credited for that bulb as well or sent a replacement free of charge...This company could care less. Well

Great communication, fast shipping. My defrost circuit for my heat pump was fried due to a slug, so I ordered one through their Amazon store. Order came quickly and we are on the complete opposite side of the country here in the PNW. A+. Thx! And saved me $400 since my local HVAC company had quoted me $450+tax to replace it. My 12 yr old daughter and I replaced it (and tested it) in 5 minutes.

Shady liars who won't refund my money even though their defective part was returned. Buyer beware! First, the capacitor was in brand new working condition and nothing was wrong with it so I got no refund. Then, the capacitor had allegedly been installed already (with no supporting evidence offered). Now, it's allegedly the old capacitor. If it was the old capacitor, how did it test as working in their first story? There are many negative reviews, all with the same theme. If you get a bad part, they will try to screw you on the review. I'm going to have to issue a chargeback to get my refund. Avoid these crooks and liars at all costs.

Trane blower motor deceased - Told motor back ordered <> 50 days ??? by my A/C company - My internet search 👀 led me to Airstar supply who had the needed unit & delivered it in 3 days . I cannot express enough the GREAT customer service , Price , etc . Thank you !!! Robert Muenzner
