Had issues with my AC, charged $535 to have a look for an hour worth of time. Promised estimate. No estimate at all in near two weeks although promised every other day upon calling. Finally had another company come in and repair within two days then. Jeremy in Dispatch was incredibly unresponsive and a total waste of time.

This company is amazing. I think the negative reviews are competitors. I’m from Canada and have a very expensive condo. My AC made weird sounds and they went the next day to make a repair and advised to replace the Unit soon as the compressor was failing. A few days later the compressor leaked oil and they went immediately to install a new unit covering my glass floors with strong material and were super efficient. Fair pricing and incredibly professional. Rob was amazing keeping me informed by cell all day sending photos. If you have a AC problem this is the best company.
