Air Tech heating and cooling were amazing throughout the entire process. They came within days of inquiring about getting a mini split system installed. They scanned the house so they could provide us with the appropriate size and options for what we needed. We have an A-frame home, makes it difficult to keep cool in the summer even when using multiple AC window units. They provided us with multiple options at various prices, and helped us figure out exactly what we would need. After we picked and purchased the package that we wanted to be installed, they were quick to keep in contact and were able to have everything installed within a few weeks. AirTech is quick to reply to our questions & needs, and will work with us fairly to resolve any issues or new projects. The service crew members are always so friendly & polite, and work so efficiently while in our home. I especially like the communication system they use that reminds me of appointments, and updates us on day of service arrival times so we always know what to expect. The automatic texting for back and forth messaging is also very fast & convenient. There is just nothing more you could ask for or want for your heating and cooling experience!!

Couldn't recommend a better company. The men that came were very respectful, Paid attention to detail, cleaned up after themselves, & very professional. They were very helpful with explaining how the system worked. They installed a 3 Zone mini split system in 6 hours. Lee, Jess and their crew were extremely kind and communicative.

I was extremely stressed when our heat was not working so close to winter time. I was able to schedule appointment online which was fast and easy. I had Ewan and another nice gentleman who was super friendly and efficient. They were able to clean out the furnace and we now have heat.
