I called Air-Tech Mechanical after having ongoing issues and no-shows from another HVAC contractor who left my system not cooling properly. Air-Tech was exactly what I needed. They came out for a service call, diagnosed the problem quickly, and found a bad defrost circuit board on my outdoor unit. Walter Joseph is AMAZING!! Rapid response and rescue to my no AC when it’s 89 degrees inside. He sent Action and Elliot the same day as I called. They knew exactly what to check and how to get it back working. Very kind and helpful. Very professional and careful. Also very reasonable and timely as I’d called the original installer first and was told they couldn’t come without special Memorial Day weekend extra charge or else wait to be able to breathe n sleep until Tuesday!!!
