Walt came out for an emergency visit on a Saturday due to my heat not working. He came in and instantly found the issue & got it fixed in a timely manner all while engaging with my 7 year old along the way. He was very informative, professional & kind. It was an added bonus that he loved our 5 month old puppy, I am so glad Airtek has such an outstanding human on their team, they’re lucky!

This company did our new construction build 7 years ago. Our system has been such an issue the entire time we’ve lived here. The first problem was the return was never put in upstairs. We were having issues and contacted them. It had sheetrock over it and had to be cut in. I don’t know how it even passed inspection or how they could have possibly missed putting in a return. They also advised that our dampers needed to be adjusted but never adjusted them. Still had issues with whole house cooling and had them out again to be told the dampers needed to be adjusted. By then, we were out of our one year warranty. So even though they said they needed to do it before and never did, they wouldn’t do the repair because the warranty was out. I had my system installed in 10/2023. I have made several service calls since the installation. Another issue surfaced and I called and spoke to the owner. He was very sympathetic and advised he would get someone out right away. I got a call from Walt a few hours later advising he was on the way. Fast forward.. Walt advised he was going to do a clean sweep of the system and troubleshoot all potential issues. He went into explaining how there will be and can be glitches with a new system. I can say now.. the issue has been resolved and I really appreciate how attentive he was in explaining every step he was taking to resolve the issue and how parts worked to make a system function. I would definitely recommend this team at Airtek.

Air Tek installed my systems originally in 1997. Have dealt with them ever since. Walt, Luther and all of the techs, these folks are the best in York County.
