Our questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The day of install was seamless. The crew communicated their arrival, sent updates and pictures and let us know when they were finished. We just had our Marvin casement kitchen windows changed to Airtight fixed windows. We are so pleased with the quality, looks, and installation by Amos and Lance, and Whitney who did the measuring. In/out/cleaned up all very fast! Thanks guys, and Angie.

We bought a 50+ year old house… with 50+ year old windows😳 My husband thought they were ‘JUST FINE’🤷‍♀️ After 5 years, I was finally able to ‘encourage’ him to consider replacing our vintage ‘JUST FINE’ windows… we spoke to Whitney Coor at Airtite and he promptly came out and helped us come up with a plan! A YEAR later we called a VERY VERY patient Whitney Coor back and implemented PHASE 1… because… ‘we might not want ALL new windows…’ So window installation day FINALLY comes! John (the permanent window installer) and his crew arrived and got to work! A few short hours later, our house looks COMPLETELY different! The windows look better than I could have hoped and we can actually leave our windows UNCOVERED during the day with no temperature change in the house! Now we can actually enjoy

Airtite did an amazing job on my windows and doors! Their representative was knowledgeable and courteous! He came out numerous times because I kept adding things on that I wanted done. The representative was always pleasant. They custom make the windows and doors to fit. They are very well-made, and the price is very reasonable.. The finish product is awesome! Everyone was super nice that I spoke to and I really feel like if you need windows or doors this is the place to go.
