Keith and his guys have replace both of our hvac systems now with one to include all duct work replacement. Both times Keith has been great priced and the install with both went smooth. A few hiccups happen but Keith and his guys took care of it and made everything right. I will continue to use them with the rest of my installs and hvac work.

Keith installed our Heat Pump system about 3 1/2 years ago, and the blower motor failed while still under warranty. I called on a Tuesday, late morning. He sent his employee out to check out the problem within 90 minutes. Unfortunately, getting a new part from the manufacturer would take almost a week because of the weekend, and that was going to pose a big problem for us. Keith worked with uscto suggest alternatives and ultimately was able to get expedited shipping. We had a working heat pump by noon on Friday. He’s responsive and helpful, and this experience was reflective of our experience three years ago when he managed to get our old AC working temporarily in the middle of July while we investigated the type of system we wanted. Keith and his crew were quick to respond to my issue after a power outage fried the system; they had excellent customer service, and even kept a decent amount of parts needed on their truck, making the repair swift and up in no time at all. Much appreciated and would highly recommend!

Keith replaced both the main floor and upstairs units in my 25 year old home. He also upgraded the old thermostats to Ecobees. Whenever anything has needed maintenance - or occasional service - over the years, he is always very communicative, reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. Excellent experience all around! Very professional but also very personable. This was an expensive installation, but at a very reasonable cost. And it was done absolutely on schedule with as little disruption as possible. I fully recommend A&J for all HVAC work!
