They often need to accommodate a last minute schedule change or a quirky request from me that they always do with a smile and the response of "No Problem". They would rather argue with you over the need to be right than just agree with the customer and take his payment. The need to be right means more to them than money. They did a decent job, I’ll give them that…..but it was not worth the 30 emails back and forth trying to prove me wrong about if they sent me an invoice or not(an invoice I agreed to pay with no argument from me)I just needed the invoice they didn’t send because the property is an investment property and I need the invoice for my books. I work 3 jobs, have 5 kids, a wife and too many responsibilities to have to go thru the aggravation of them proving they are right and I am wrong. I told them I would leave payment in their mailbox, but they still wanted to argue with me about sending an invoice and couldn’t just let it go and
