We love our new staircase runner. It is exactly what we wanted and the quality of the product is top notch. The installers were professional and thoroughly cleaned up. We had luxury vinyl plank installed throughout our first floor. The quality of the product (COREtec) was excellent. Our floor installer was Max. He came at the appointed time and completed the job in the specified time. The quality of his work was excellent! I would highly recommend him and AJ Rose. I would definitely return to this company for another flooring job.

Our experience getting carpet for our master bedroom with A.J. Rose was excellent. We shopped onsite at their Burlington, MA location and received great customer service. Summer the sales representative was very knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect carpet that was installed as promised. All in all, a great experience.

AJ Rose Burlington is great. From the start from the sales rep named Q educating us on the different runner carpet types and pros and cons. He explained everything in detail and was easy to understand. Second, we ordered two separate carpet runners to be installed on two staircases. The installer (Maison) they sent was incredible and so meticulous and took great care. We ordered a wide black border and the install was great.

Incredibly well organized operation. We got stair runners and kitchen flooring. Carpet we had ordered was delayed, but they communicated about this up front and gave updates as it became available. Kitchen flooring was ready for installation within weeks, took only two days (one less than predicted), and crew was meticulous about cleanup. Thanks Q!
