Do not use this company. I am not one to write negative reviews, but I am hoping to save someone the same disappointment we experienced. We found them on google and they had great reviews. We had a great first meeting with the salesperson, so went with them. We had wall to wall carpet installed in our basement and closet. The basement carpet was installed with a defect. I brough this to their attention right away. Over one month later, we are still awaiting resolution. The communication is non-existent. The basement carpet was sold to us as stain resistant and high performance, so we selected a lighter color. We are two people, with no children and no dogs. This carpet stains incredibly easily and is impossible to get anything out of. The carpet in our closet was installed very carelessly.

I’ve worked with Alan at A.J. Rose on two different projects now and he’s helped me immensely both times. He’s efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. The quality and installation of their carpeting is also top notch and well priced. 5 stars from me all the way. (Carpet is also dog approved!)

Alan was great to work with. He made the process very easy. We were able to get the installation appointment within a week of the estimate. The service was timely and reliable. Would highly recommend.
