Excellent experience on all fronts! Caitlin & Suzanne in the office were amazing to work with. Our quote was provided the same day we reached out for pricing; they were extremely fast and thorough. On the day of install, Derek & Randy couldn't have been any greater. They arrived right on-time, kept us posted during the install, and made sure the granite post was straight & level. We went with a granite post, cap, and box - all from AJT. The quality is outstanding. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the entire team. We love our new mailbox!

AJT did a great job installing our mailbox post and lantern post with lantern! They have golden wheat granite posts that match our house color better than the usual gray granite posts. Caitlin was great to work with! Had a small issue with the mailbox post cap but Caitlin and Albert were responsive and were willing to switch it out to make us happy! Great Job! Both granite posts look great! Thanks Again!

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Fantastic Experience!** We had an amazing experience renting from this inflatable company! From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with and had outstanding communication throughout the entire process. We rented the Marvel Combo bounce house, and it was a HUGE hit with the kids — even better than we expected! They have a great selection of bounce houses to choose from, and the entire process — from booking to delivery and pick-up — was smooth and stress-free. The delivery team was punctual, professional, and super kind. We will definitely be renting from them again for future events. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, reliable, and well-run inflatable rental company!

Unfortunately AJT did not meet our expectations with a bounce house rental for my son’s birthday. It was a Minecraft birthday so we thought the all black bounce house would be perfect. Was told 10, 5 year olds could definitely bounce at once in this. Upon receiving and setting up - thankfully a day before the party- it became clear just our own two kids couldn’t even really bounce as it sagged when stepped/ jumped on. Additionally it smelled of mold / mildew. Called AJT they told us it was a bounce house meant for taking photos??! Completely different message from what we were first told, would have never rented if that were the case. We had to scramble to find another company we could rent from early on a Sunday morning last minute (shout out to magic world in Shrewsbury- excellent cust

They did it again! Just received a cord of fire wood (paid extra for kiln dried). Thought it was a little odd that the wood was covered in dirt and wood chips (did they put all of that in the kiln). But stacked it and was looking forward to a fire when I came in from the cold. Immediately starts to hiss and moisture starts to bubble from the sides of the wood. This is NOT how kiln dried fire wood should burn. I'm mostly upset with myself as this has happened before! Last time they said they sent me "seasoned" wood by mistake. My guess is they did it again, even though I said to the person setting up delivery to make sure it's kiln dried and ready to burn. Ug. Fool me once...
