AJW Construction

AJW subcontracts for PG&E. PG&E puts up signs notifying you of impending work. AJW does not. My wife and I were on calls when AJW showed up out of nowhere. He (Salvador) proceeded to start cutting pavement next to my wife’s car (see pictures). I called and complained to PG&E hoping AJW would do better. I was at lunch today when they again showed up unannounced, requesting a car to be moved, so they could tear up the road under it. Sadly, my wife was home. Makes me wonder what they would have done if she wasn’t …

Really bad experience with these folks as subcontractors for PG&E. They show up to tell me they are going to do work..then disappear for a month. I ask PG&E to get engaged...and then AJW shows up unannounced wanting to start work. They are not following PG&Es policy of coordinating scheduling with the homeowner. It would have been pretty simple for them to text or email or call me to do so...but that was too hard. I tried calling their office multiple times but all you get is voicemail options. I would suggest you keep looking for other contractors.

We hired AJW to build our custom home in the Prosser area. Aaron and his crew were great to work with throughout the process and provided creative ideas that enhanced the finished product. This company was sub-contracted by PG&E to repair the street, sidewalk and curb in front of my house. They showed up one day and fixed the street. Couple weeks late they fixed the sidewalk. Still waiting for them to fix the curb. No one answers their phone. All you get are mail boxes, usually full, and no return call.

These inexperienced subcontractors showed up in my palace on January 4th: started digging concrete and left it unattended until today ie January 12. I called AJW/ and sonic who were working together, until January 11, I was hopeful that they ll appear and fix the concrete work they have started but happens to be a public land, and replied. It’s not us. Damnit!! I called 311. For help!! It’s been like a week or more I’m not able to drive my vehicles due to these assholes…
