Gregorio was the general contractor who found and led a team to refurbish our house where we had lived for 30 years before we put in on the market to sell it. He used his own discretion to choose what work would sell the house fastest. His work crews refinished our hardwood floors, installed quarter round and crown molding, replaced all the interior doors and an exterior steel door, painted all the walls and ceilings, installed new wall-to-wall carpet, and cleaned the house to a condition more pristine than it had been since we moved into it. He landscaped by removing overgrown bushes and trees, and planting new grass, trees and beautiful flowers everywhere. Before Gregorio, we tried to sell the house for six months. After Gregorio's work, the house sold within less than a week!

The painting, caulking, fixing a kitchen cabinet, fixing my front porch columns that were were mis aligned was professionally executed. Gregory and team did an EXCELLENT job painting most of our house, as well as fixing 2 exterior doors which were not closing properly and an electrical switch and outlet. Gregory has excellent communication and really cared for the cleanliness of our home. He did everything we asked for and even identified other drywall issues in painting that he resolved that we did not tell him about. He treated our home like his own. He and his team arrived on time every workday at 8am, even on one day that schools were closed due to snow. His team also helped me shovel my driveway so they could move their van close to our home. We will absolutely use Gregory in the future!
