We have been able to buy high quality flooring at heavily discounted prices which helps us save money on our rental properties with out sacrificing quality.

It has a family friendly feel and they are so attentive to discussing all of the different flooring options along with pros and cons. If you’re in the market for flooring and doing a bunch of research, looking at colors and types, and grades at Home Depot, Lowe’s or online….stop now and go visit AK. My wife and I worked with Rex and Rick. They answered all of our questions but more importantly gave us a ton of information we would have had no idea to even ask about. They have a huge selection of flooring options in tons of price ranges. We ended up going with wood grain laminate for the look and durability. We kept going into Lowe’s and Home Depot and were just never satisfied with our top options there. We found 3-4 options we loved within 15 minutes of talking with Rex.
