They are friendly, fast, and efficient. When i asked what the problem might be and how much it would cost to fix i was given an estament right away and told what it was and what they would do to fix it. The best thing is the estament was accurate and didn't have any hidden charges.

I cannot judge their plumbing work because I never got to experience it. We scheduled an appointment, and he never showed up. When we called, the woman who answered said that they would contact us at a later time. After a week of waiting, we contacted another plumber, and had our needed work done.

Called them and they came right down. They took a look at the problem and went to work. Once done they put it all back together and cleaned up their mess and were out the door.

Can't get them to show up to my Mom's house. Nor can I get them to leave a simple voicemail for her. Tired of the portland Indiana plumbers!

Judy and Mark are great people and I recommend them to anyone.
