I most certainly was not happy with the product. It didn't work as guaranteed. The owner and sales clerk were standing there. She mentioned that the cable was broken, so try it if you can. Upon returning the OWNER was very poker-faced and unfriendly. I told him my contractor was tired of fooling with it and said Take it back. The soil in Walnut is like good farm ground. I suggested let's go 50 50 on the full price. As a businessman and councilman Retired Military I was appalled he didn't care if I wasn't coming back. Bad for Business no Integrity or honesty.

Bought a gallon of paint for touch up, took old can with me with the info on it even though they had it stored in their system. Touched up several areas on all 4 walls, after drying, it did not match. I went back told them had to buy another gallon and they never offered to make it right, give me a discount or free since they didn't match. So $86 later and my time spent doing the whole room over, not happy at all!!!

Called to get pricing and check wausau inventory on some diamond kote siding, apparently only 1 person in the whole store can price it or check inventory. Why not train more than 1 person to run the computer?

I am in Akin's usually everyday for materials or supplies for my business, Heartland Home Remodeling. All the people there are really helpful, & if one doesn't know about something they will find out from someone else. They are friendly & courteous.

Great experience! We needed to rent a tool recently and we found the people here very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to future visits!
