Brought my 2018 Mercedes-Benz Metris here with a pretty beat up key fob and no spare metal key. I just bought it from a dealership and the key was provided in that shape. Luckily, the locksmith had a compatible key fob enclosure they were able to transfer the circuitry board to. Keying a new metal key turned out to be very challenging because the keyhole on the door handle seemed a bit messed up from the previous owners. They spent over an hour trying to get the notches keyed correctly with whatever was going on inside the keyhole. They did succeed getting it to unlock the car (which is all I needed)! Appreciated their persistence and friendly customer service throughout the process. Highly recommend!!

AMAZING quick, efficient, and reasonable mobile service! I called on a Sunday to have them come out and make 2 replacement car key fobs. Sol was sent out and he did a great job! He was at my house within 30 minutes of calling! Highly recommend!!! I had 2 extra car key fobs cut and programmed for $190…they were able to use the fobs I bought off Amazon. 🤩

I called KM Locksmith to make a key for my Hino box truck. He told me over the phone he could do the job with no problem. When he arrived, he immediately said he would need to remove the ignition and quoted me a price. He tried to make me pay the full amount upfront, but I only paid half so he could start. He removed the ignition, then came back saying he didn’t have the right key for it—something he clearly knew from the beginning.
