Alflex is an amazing company. They’ve been established for many years, and it shows in their professionalism, knowledge, and quality of service. From scheduling to the actual treatment, everything was smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to the technician Mr. Read. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was respectful of our home and made sure all our concerns were addressed. Last weekend Al-Flex provided service at my residence, the gentleman attended did a professional job to my satisfaction. Supervisor Noel checked the inside of my residence making sure all was done as required. In addition to my satisfaction, I would like to thank Tania Valero for her professional kindness caring explanation of what was involved for these procedure. She went above and beyond her duties being this was my first time to venture. She did an excellent job and she was there for any concern or questions I needed. I want to thank Al Flex Exterminators and their inspector Geovanni for coming out so quickly and providing outstanding customer service. I called Al Flex and within 30 minutes I received a call from Geovanni to set up an inspection. He was at my home the very next morning. Geovanni was extremely respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me about the termite issue I’m dealing with and clearly explained the best course of action to get it resolved. He was very thorough during the inspection and even provided pictures of other areas he noticed, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Al Flex Exterminators to anyone in need. The tech, Angelica Diaz, was very friendly and professional. She explained everything in an easy way that actually made sense and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. The treatment worked, and I noticed results pretty quickly. Overall, super good experience, and I'd use them again and recommend them to others.
