I hired Jeffers & Sons for an annual boiler service. I was scheduled for a Wednesday and the Saturday prior, came home to a cold house due to an unknown failure of the boiler. I reached out Amanda to make her aware of the issue and she put the tech, Jay directly in contact with me to get pertinent information which made his scheduled visit, efficient and effective! Jay was prepared, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. All the things you look for in a contractor! I will continue to recommend Jeffers and Sons to my friends and clients!

We’ve had to hire Al Jeffers & Sons on more than one occasion, including for emergency services, and every experience has been excellent. From scheduling to installation and service, everyone we’ve worked with has been absolutely fantastic. It genuinely feels like they have our best interests in mind every step of the way. I have contacted this company for plumbing work (toilet, shower, etc) for a new addition on 1/20. I was referred to Tim, who was on a vacation at a time. I emailed him and he said he will come by once he is back. Emailed him couple of time after with no response. Finally on 2/5 I emailed him asking if he is still interested in the project, he said he can stop by today 2/10. When I emailed yesterday to confirm, he said he is not available for foreseable future and they are an HVAC company and don't do just plumbing installs. Very unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time.

Tim Jeffers team Jay and Ryan came and diagnosed the old heating problem. Tim quickly drew up a quote. The next morning 7:45 Josh and Caleb arrived on time and installed the new furnace and plumbing all in one day. They were professional and neat, no mess to clean up.
