Update 18 Aug 2023: -Trust eroded. Communication is non-existent. Showing up is random. Turf is laid but has destroyed the original drainage lines and yard contours, and sits on a plateau up to 8" higher than the rest of the yard, meaning it's an 8" step-down off of the turf & onto the gravel around it. That's super discouraging. - I caught them yesterday leveling gravel to cover up a trench they dug that hasn't been properly filled with dirt in the 2 months since they dug it. He said he'd put dirt. Then he didn't. Putting gravel on a big divot in the ground is how you create a permanent puddle and soft spot that won't drain properly. Put dirt first; re-contour the ground per the drainage lines, then put gravel on top. -I asked them to cease work until further notice. -I'd pay extra next t
