Alex came out to fix a gas leak in my fireplace.He did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him. I was so impressed I'm going to start using him for my plumbing needs as well. He's professional, courteous and meticulous about his work. He's also on time which is huge in the service industry. I honestly can't say enough. His work ethic is off the charts. I highly recommend him. I won't use anyone else now that I've found him.

Alex was great to work with. He was able to come out same day and took care of everything. His work was top notch and affordable. He was very communicative and came at the time we discussed. So nice to NOT be given a 4+ hour window for when they could arrive. I'll definitely be using them again for future plumbing issues!

Six days before Christmas, our (very old) water heater started to overflow into our garage. A good friend recommended Al Mac Plumbing, and we called first thing that morning. To our surprise, they were able to fit us into their schedule that morning. They were on time, friendly, professional, and patiently answered our questions. We definitely needed a new water heater and they were able to get a new one installed for us that same day! We were so incredibly grateful to not have to go without hot water during that critical time heading into the holidays! They cleaned everything up and were just the most amazing people to work with.
