When I first purchased my home, I was having a hard time finding a pool service that could keep my pool looking beautiful and clean. Then my sister referred AL Pools! I’ve only had two Service men the whole time in the last six years of service and they are always so pleasant. My pool is always so clean and perfect. My dogs are always outside when he comes and he doesn’t let them stop him from servicing my pool.

Our family has used this company since we moved to our home in 2019. The techs that come out to service the pool are amazing. The owner is very responsive, as we have used them for multiple projects for our pool. Most recently, we contacted Alex to have are patio deck changed, and the entire process was stress free and easy. I definitely recommend this company for any of your pool needs. The last photo is what are patio looked like before it was transformed into a beautiful paradise.

I hired Alex for pool renovation cost $35K+ İt was a headache lousy and inconplete job and he requested $5K than contracted coast before completion! He build Spa, has been one year and only blower is working, because he never connected heater to the İAqualink for spa automation! He never verify spa was working, and water heated. He only finger points to others like person who installed the heater. Heater was installed one year before Alex build the spa, he should be the one verify everything is working. Now I have another person to complete the job and pay more! I also use Alex for pool service and apple don’t fall far from a tree!!! They realize after one year that its time to change the filter, after approval it took almost a month and many frustrated days until they change the filter!!!

He sat in his truck for 20 minutes then was leaving without doing anything to the pool. This is 1750 North Riverside drive, Bambi apartments. I stopped him and have spoken with him before and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and told me whatever and drove off. This is what he left my pool looking like.

I rarely share reviews but I've reached the end of my rope with Alex. Buyer beware.
