Al Rosa Construction just finished remodeling our tiny and very dated master bath. They went above and beyond in craftsmanship and design not only on the new bathroom but also when doing much needed repairs on the exterior walls. At each step in the process, we were helped by their expertise in making decisions concerning fixtures and the use of space. They patiently suggested multiple options, leading to results that we are pleased with because we always felt in control of the project. We love our new bathroom and the outside is beautiful as well. We would highly recommend Al Rosa Construction!

I have used Al Rosa Construction on two separate occasions for two separate home projects. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. They use quality craftsmen and go the extra mile as needed. Rosa Construction offered a reasonable timeline for project starts and completion. All of my questions were answered promptly and respectfully. David Rosa was easy to get a hold of when needed and always followed through on everything he said he would do.

David and Mark were fantastic! They did a excellent job on our front porch addition. Al Rosa Construction was on time, on budget, and quality of work was excellent. They were very thorough in their explanation of work to be completed and communication was on point. 5 years ago, our kitchen badly needed an upgrade. The cabinets were falling apart, the space designed for the refrigerator was too small and the overall appearance of the kitchen was bland and boring. We decided on a cabinet maker to build the kitchen cabinets. However, he only made cabinets. We asked him if he could recommend a general contractor to work with. To our good fortune, he recommended Al Rosa Construction. David Rosa met with us and listened to what we wanted in the kitchen remodel and price range we were looking at. Due to a less than optimal experience with previous remodel, we told David that we wanted to know costs up front so there were no surprises. This is our third project with Al Rosa Construction on our residences. Excellent work, great work ethic, clear communication. Would definitely recommend ARC and have several times. The latest was a complex roof replacement under an insurance renewal requirement deadline.
