Very unprofessional and rude. I contacted this company for a leaf removal estimate and explained my situation in detail. I was quoted min $600 and was told someone would come out at 1:00 p.m. to assess the property in person. No one showed up, and no one called. When I followed up, I was told they never sent anyone and instead looked at my property on Google’s aerial view and decided it was “too much.” They admitted they assumed I would say no because the price might be high, so they didn’t even bother to call and cancel or explain. I told them I still wanted to hire them and wanted to get my leaves removed. After two days, they still never called back to provide any update or clarification. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this compan
