Do not do business with Alabama Ornamental. This company offers the worst customer service! If you are a woman be prepared for condescension and an even lower level of customer service. I was told by one of their employees that $2,500 a year for repairs on one of their gates is normal and that he would pay that to own a gate. Buyer be ware, maintenance costs are not disclosed in their contract.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. WE JUST PAID $8000 FOR A GATE REPAIR AND THEY SENT ME A $145 BILL FOR A SERVICE CALL. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE CHARGING US BEFORE THEY CAME OUT. THEY NEVER CHARGED US FOR A SERVICE CALL WHEN THEY WERE GETTING 8K FROM US TO DO REPAIRS SO WHY WOULD THEY NOW? THE OWNER SAID ITS A SERVICE CALL FEE FOR MAINTENANCE! IT'S STILL UNDER A 90 DAY WARRANTY! I KNEW WE SHOULDN'T HAVE USED THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! THE OWNER HAS NO INTEGRITY.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful our new rails look on our front porch! Quality workmanship and great service. I HIGHLY recommend them!
