Alabama Power Company

My bills are so high fir 1woman living here. My husband travels with different bands so hes gone 2-3 months at a time. HE THEN WILL be home for 2-3 days and gone again. So its just me in the house mostly.

Soo it's 10:36pm and I called alabama power for a power outage at 2:26pm and i have been with out power since then I have 4 kids and gran baby it's is very easy to give us time frame for me to pay my bills but I can't give yah time frame to get my power back up and then on top of that my light bill going higher and higher. And then I will get billed for not having power today. This is ridiculous...

Got home only to find a tree had fallen & tore the mast off the house. Power was still on? 1st visit was from AP that told me I would have to get an electrician to fix the mast. Electrician came at dark and fixed it. AP came back and got our power going. I know how dangerous a job is. My nephew has worked for years repairing lines! I am beyond thankful for AP fixing the line and getting our power going! Simply because they come and preform a very dangerous job in order to help!! Bless them!

Y'all should be ashamed. For the power bill to be so high my family has been sitting in heat for about 4-5 hours with absolutely NO POWER. What is this? Who is not doing their jobs?! This is ridiculous. This doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Alabama Power sucks! Do. Your. Job.
