The automatic voice is sporadic! Can't get anywhere, it's bad enough your rates are fleecing Alabamians but , all I want is to find out what dates the last payment covered! I've been trying for three days! I have been your customer for 24 years, auto payment and never been late. If I had an alternative I would take it! Most of management should be placed in jail! Horrible customer service and sky high prices. If You had competition you would be out of business! You’re probably saying by now “I’ve heard it all before”! And, the fact little has been done about it is that you really,,really don’t care as long as you keep “Twinkle” happy!
