We went by to pick up a 50 gallon hot water heater through their gas swap out program. We had already completed the application online. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place. I definitely recommend stopping by to see their appliances.

Everyone in here are very friendly and very nice. My first time in here I witnessed something that I haven't seen in years. A elderly lady came in and she was raising her grandson and didn't have the money to pay her bill that day and her cut off date was the next day the lady told them she would try her best to have the money the next day and she left after she left one of the employees ask how much was the ladies bill and she pulled out her own check book and paid the ladies bill. That let's me know that there are still good people in this world.

Staff is excellent with smiley heart. Timely when no standing in the line. The best Alabama Power satellite area spacious parking lot. Thanks!
