I called to get our septic cleaned out and got an appointment the next day. I was informed of the price up front. I received a call about 40 mins before they came to let me know they were on the way. When the two gentleman showed up they were very polite and kind. They explained what they were going to do. They finished the job quickly and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Jimmy came out and looked at our septic field and priced our project for a field replacement but thought there was a chance to repair the existing. When the team came out to install, they examined the old field and found positive evidence it was still functioning and suspected blockage upstream. Sure enough tree roots caused a blockage not far the tank. They upgraded our existing tank with risers and a filter and laid 4 inch pve from the tank to the field lines. It cost 1/2 of the original estimate. How many honest contractors do you come across. I can not write enough accolades for Alabama Septic Services. They have a customer for life.
