The company was quick to respond to a request for an estimate to waterproof a flat roof section of my daughter’s house in Cutler Bay. Once hired , they said the job would be completed in 3 steps(4 days….weather permitting )…… light pressure cleaning, applying the primer, applying I’m silicone to waterproof the area..Job was completed exactly as stated. It was done in a timely, professional manner. Upon completion of the job, I requested photos of each stage, which were provided . Satisfied customer. Would hire Alabayo Rooft in the future.
