Very Happy!!! I ordered 9 sky lights all custom made to fit 3 different sized curbs that were not to any normal dimension. I measured and submitted the job to Aladdin Ind. they quoted me the cost in 1 day and so I ordered the Sky Lights and in 2+ weeks I had them. Installed the next week and every one of these fit PERFECT .

The best the Aladdin Windows has to offer is Tim. They reassured me of this several times. My experience with Tim and the office was highly unprofessional. He came out and measured the window. We discussed that it's custom, they need safety gear to install, etc. Tim gave me an informal quote of $20k and left. Over two weeks I left several messages and texts to get the formal quote. I even called the office to let him know I was trying to get in touch. Turns out Tim was calling another contractor we had doing work on the house and using this poor contractor to relay everything to me. That was not the agreement and we both requested he stop doing it but he refused. He relayed that the quote was now $70k and it eventually got passed along to me. Tim and Alladin Skylights just replaced 6 skylights in my home. Tim quoted me a fair price, and had them in within a week. The installer was a gem to work with, and went above and beyond to get the right ones in for me.They were on time, polite, professional, and communicated well. I highly recommend this company.
