Aladdin's Flooring

Terrible customer service if you have an issue. They don’t call back when they say they will. After the owner agreed to cover the cost of the damaged flooring and told me to stop by and pick up the check. I went by the next day to pick it up I was told he was out sick and to come back the next day. The next day I called to make sure he was in and when he answered the phone he stated he wasn’t going to pay for the flooring and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. When I didn’t agree with him and told him he agreed two days earlier to pay part for the material replacement cost he started to yell and get agitated so I informed him I would never do business with them and I would warn everyone I could to stay as far away from them as you can.

Hands down the best customer service! So helpful in helping us decide what flooring to go with. The install we were very happy with as well they worked quickly were polite and cleaned up in our home nicely when finished. We will continue to do business in the future for more projects we have!

They were amazing and helped me when I needed them. Called and the same day they were able to clean my carpets and they were very understanding. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future!

Very kind and helpful people. The carpet we went with was a great price and looks very nice. The installers were in and out in no time and did an amazing job! We will definitely be going back for future purchases and will be recommending Aladdin’s flooring to family and friends!
