Chris did an outstanding job on this inspection! He was very thorough in his evaluation and more than happy to explain the various findings as he went along. He finished out the report and had it to me within minutes of finishing his inspection. Seeing as I only had a five day option, getting the report so swiftly made it easy to negotiate repairs on our short timeframe. Christopher was recommended by a close friend whom I trust dearly. He did not disappoint. While under contract to buy a home (during Thanksgiving week- terrible timing!) Christopher initially did not have availability to do our general inspection, but still patiently spoke to me on the phone and answered all of my questions and offered his professional advise regarding a home inspection for the older home we were looking to purchase.
