This company was recommended by USAA. I was told the repairs would take 5-7 days. It took 60. No project management, no quality control, lack of communication, lucky if they work a 4 hour day. If you can think of a negative story you've heard about any contractor it probably applied to my experience with this one. USAA was no better and no help so pick your own and hope you get someone more professional than this organization.

Alamo Flooring and Construction should NEVER be on your short list of contractors - workmanship is poor, they are dishonest and treated me horribly. I ended up firing them halfway through because of the dishonesty and condescending behavior of almost everyone in the company. First, was the walk through for the initial damage. Multiple areas of damage from the flood were missed (closets, ceilings, other half of stair banister, paint damage, all closet built ins damaged etc..). Even when asked to add to the list, it was ignored or lied about and said that my adjuster denied it. I know this to be true because after firing this company my adjuster personally came out, saw the damage, included it in his estimate and covered it directly. Second, the workmanship was poor. We had a water leak and contracted with Alamo Flooring and Construction through our insurance company to repair the water damage to our ceiling and walls. Their water mitigation team was able to quickly come out and remove the damaged drywall and install drying fans to minimize the damage within two hours of us contacting them. The contractor who completed the repairs was friendly, quick, professional and did an amazing job repairing our ceiling, walls and baseboards. You can’t even tell there was previously water damage! Thank you so much for helping us through such a stressful time!

I had Alamo do a full remodel at my home. This included tile demo with wood floor replacement. Full bathroom remodel. The crews were great to work with and knowledgeable. My project manager Cody Fuentes was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. If I have any more projects I will certainly reuse Alamo.
