Alamo Parking

Do not park here! My car was towed in less than 30 minutes! They are waiting for you to walk away and tow your car for a minimum of $230. They know that their parking sign/instructions are very vague. It does not tell you how much is parking, if it's a flat rate or hourly, or pay now or later. It just says to send a text. So for those that think you pay later, they are waiting to tow YOU! Making your free trip to the Alamo, the price of an airplane ticket. If you want to file a class action law suit, message me on Google.

6$ and hour is wild how when theres hardly any room and no where near the hot spots

The parking is close to the riverside but it is expensive $15 doller for what is not covered is not big you can’t even get out from the the car easy also there only two options 12 hr or 24 hr and that not fair at all and after walking 2 blocks we found a parking 5 doller all day bigger and cheaper and closer to our destination

Do not, I repeat DO NOT park here!!! I paid for parking and one minute after the time stamp on my receipt, they towed my car! Called the police and they said we were the fourth group he had responded to this week with the same issue. The towing company and this parking lot have many reviewers saying the same thing! How is the city and our police department allowing these thieves to get away with this scam? Something MUST be done!! We were forced to pay $230 to Crestwell Wrecker after they STOLE my vehicle that was legally parked (with proof). I’m told we have to take them to civil court. What?! Do not park here or you’re risking the same outcome as us and many others! Crooks!

I wish I could give them negative stars. I visited the Alamo with my family (wife and 3 kids). I put my card in the machine, entered my license plate, and followed directions. I received a msg saying "Please Wait" with 3 flashing dots behind it. I waited an extended period and the screen turned black. I touched a button and the home screen came up. Due to the "please wait" msg with my card inserted I thought the payment had been taken and I didn't want to pay twice. I returned to find my vehicle towed. I went to the impound, filed a police report, and paid $220.78 to get my vehicle (parking was $12). As I told the police, I wouldn't drive from Atlanta to San Antonio with my wife and 3 kids in a 50K vehicle to skip on paying $12 for parking. I have written this company 2 letters so far th
