I would not recommended using Alamo restoration. We used them for water mitigation. We had a leak coming from our laundry room. When removing trim they damaged drywall that could have been prevented. Now I have to pay to get that fixed. And then he brought a plumber that was supposed to be licensed to fix the leak and when making repair they turned the water back on which cause even more water damage because the repair wasn’t done right. I have a video of this. This made the Water mediation take even longer which they charge us for. He also didn’t pick up the debris that they removed from the water remediation, and it’s still sitting in my garage. They sent us a bill of 2400 and it didn’t even match the quote that they sent to the insurance. I paid them and they never came to pick up the t
