Alana's Luxury Pro House Cleaning

Our family has trusted Alana and her crew for a couple of years. They come every 2 weeks and take such good care of our house. We are never disappointed with Alana's work, and we never have to inspect because it's done right. If something is not done to your standards, text Alana (viola). Alana helped out so much while our house was on the market. She was very flexible about short-notice cleaning for viewing appointments. I have recommended Alana and will continue to do so. We have tried a couple of other cleaning companies, and they failed to meet our basic standards.

We purchased a three-hour cleaning service from luxury pro residential house cleaning for my mom as a Christmas gift, and I’m so glad we chose this option! Alana’s team was not only professional and thorough, but also incredibly friendly. My mom requested a deep clean of her kitchen, and they did an amazing job—especially on the cabinets. She was thrilled with the results! Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love this company! They are professional, prompt and do such an amazing job. Alana is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Her communication throughout her team shows through their work. She is Pocatellos most sought after cleaning service and I can see why. I appreciate her and her team! I also love the cute little bows they put on all of the toilet paper and how they present my daughters stuffed animals on her bed. It's the little touches that mean the most!

This so called business asked for new clients in a local Facebook group but when they receive an opportunity to make some decent money, they say they don't have the time. This makes no sense! The real reason Alana didn't want to do the job was because she felt like it was beneath her and her minions. She did a 30 second assessment and determined her and her crew were too good for the job. She also had the audacity to say something to my friend about her illness that was not very professional. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! They are very unprofessional and they apparently don't need your business because they are just so booked out all of a sudden. SHAME ON ALANA'S LUXURY PRO HOUSE CLEANING! Do better!!

Alana and her team are amazing! Very punctual and attentive. My house always shines and smells clean after they're done. I can't recommend this business enough. 5 stars all the way around!!
