I stopped in yesterday 12/17/24 hoping to get spare keys made for my boyfriend’s 1969 Chevelle SS as a Christmas gift. I had tried 2 other places and was told I couldn’t get copies made so I was nervous. I walked in Alan’s and was greeted by a kind man and the most adorable dog with the sweetest face and eyes. As soon as I handed the gentleman my keys and asked if he could make copies of them, he immediately said “these are old GM keys”:) He knows his stuff! He told me he could make copies and was done in less than 5 minutes. And the price….$5.00 TOTAL!!!!! Amazing!!! I tipped him since I am a waitress and appreciated the experience and amazing service. My whole experience was a breeze at Alan’s. I highly recommend! ❤️

Probably very skilled at what they do, but the customer service is severely lacking. When I arrived, no one was in the store.i waited for 15 minutes then I stepped outside and saw the person who runs the place, and before I could even say a word, he shouted “I’m very busy” in a rude tone. Completely uncalled for. I will not be returning here ever and will be sure to let friends and family know to avoid this place. Happy holidays. 🎉

Call ahead before you show up at Alan's, as sometimes they're out on calls and not in the shop. My wife and I had a car key made at Alan's and were extremely satisfied with the service and speed. Alan's assistant had the key made and matched in less than 15 minutes! AAA discount here too

I spent almost 6 months trying on FB marketplace to find a locksmith. All I got was business out in TX, FL,MI, etc and they wasted my time. I almost wanted to junk my car. Some gentleman recommended Allan for me and made a call. I came up to Worcester from CT and got my keys car keys made and programmed at the gas station near the shop. The guy is a pro. I recommend any one. I'm not wasting any time next time this happens. I know the place to go . Thanks Allan my car is good.

Alan's fantastic! He is such a nice man! If you need anything done he's a magician. I had a locking ski rack of all things that came with an Audi Q7 and he was able to make a key that worked perfectly. Friendly, clean, very organized and plenty of safe parking right next to the bldg. A must and a great small business that needs to stay in business for everyone's sake!! Skip the big boxe stores like HomeDepot and Lowes!
