After two hours of tearing my house apart looking for my keys, I called Alan in a panic. I needed to be able to get to work on Monday. He responded immediately and got to me so fast! He was incredibly kind and professional, even when I had to admit I found the keys while he was already working on my car. I asked him to go ahead and make me a spare anyway, and also a house key since he was already there. He didn’t hesitate, and despite the mix-up, he stayed friendly and helpful the entire time. Just after getting off the phone with Alan he arrived at my house lightning fast. He cut a brand new car key for me in a matter of minutes. One of the best Locksmith's as far as I'm concerned.

Conversation was quick and to the point. Did quick work, even with a broken key in my car's ignition (which he easily removed). Took about an hour from start to finish (from removing the module to putting it back in).

Alan was prompt and polite. The same day I called to inquire about laser cutting and reprogramming the replacements I had, he came to me within the hour. He had it done and finished within 30min and everything worked great. No issues and it was cost affordable to have two replacement keys done. Compared to what the dealership was going to charge me it was a quarter of the cost. So I was definitely a happy customer. Prior to going with Alan I called so many places and their machine was either down or they didn’t do laser key cutting. I believe there was a reason nobody else got my business and he did.
