Good customer service and they make sure you leave with everything you need for your auto ac repair. Really good and fair pricing as well. I went for a complete ac replacement minus the condenser and evaporator got everything replaced and ac blowing cold!
Save yourself the time and effort and do not buy from Alaska Auto Air Inc. The a/c compressor that I ordered from them worked for one week and then broke. I took it to a mechanic and they couldn't fix it. I asked for a refund for the faulty part they sold me and they responded telling me they would refund the product. I sent the product back months ago and haven't heard anything from them. I have called and emailed multiple times, but haven't had any response back. DO NOT BUY FROM ALASKA AUTO AIR INC.
Beware, the seller is unresponsive to questions! Bought an A/C part there when it failed after only 2 months I called and never got a response back!
