Do not under any circumstances use this company!!!! They gave me the ol bait and switch on the fuel price. When you call their office they have a nice office receptionist but i Ended up getting a guy on the phone who couldn't explain why the price per gallon jumped between fill ups he was very unprofessional. When I pressed the guy on the phone for an explanation for why his fuel prices jumped .70c/gallon between fill ups (I filled up a fuel tote at their pump) he got mad and hung up on me. EXTREMELY unprofessional company. The guy even said "You must not have been told our prices have had a significant increase" I replied asking why when I had sent a different employee to grab 250g earlier it was 70c less? They were 50c/gallon HIGHER than a gas station and the state average for that da

We've had consistently good experience with AFD/Polar Fuel. We were on auto fill but were using so little fuel that we switched to call out. Both systems have worked well for us. The drivers navigate our road and driveway despite challenges and they fill our tank without spilling a drop. Thanks for the great service!

My wife and I have been customers for the last 4 years and were supposed to be on auto fill but it always seems that we have to call and remind them when to fill us up in the winter. We always get so.e kind of excuse on when they haven't been doing their job and of coarse we get topped off with 300 gallon delivery when diesel prices climbed sky high. Now we're sitting at 3 months with fuel delivery yet again and whe. We called they told my wife that they would be out in the next week or 2. Their customer service is beyond horrible and I have switch companies to someone a little more reliable

Last year fuel delivery did not go well, took over a week for delivery and my cabin froze, I had to find somewhere else to stay. I gave them another chance this winter and they delivered the next day, and were clear in their communication. FYI though if you estimate more fuel than will fit in your tank, they may charge you for the estimate rather than the actual amount. Make sure you check the invoice with the amount taken out of your account. That’s what happened to me, but as soon as I called them they promptly refunded me.

For the past year, I have had to call each month to arrange delivery even though I am supposed to be on a monthly fill. I would be told they would come that week only to have no one show up prompting a second and even a third call. In January, I spoke to a gentleman and was again assured I would filled on a monthly basis. We very clearly discussed the reason for monthly delivery given that my last bill was over 1000.00 as my last delivery had been over 9 weeks prior. HOWEVER, this did not happen. I again had to call for delivery in March and asked why I still was not on monthly fills only to be told they don't fill monthly as it risks needing only 60 gallons or less and that is not cost effective.
