Alaska Septic Services

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alaska Septic Services, and they are by far the best! Art was incredibly helpful and took the time to personally call me and explain how my tank and leech field were functioning. He was fast, efficient, and really informative throughout the process. It's rare to find a company that goes above and beyond. From now on, they will be the only company I call for any septic needs. Highly recommend!

Art came out, he was a stud gave me a septic 101 class explained the issue i had been dealing with, with other septic companies and was able to provide an actual solution where no one else did. Strongly recommend.

Called on a Sunday they were able to get me in on Monday. Art showed up when he said he would. He took the time to explain how the septic system worked and even mentioned after looking at my system that I really didn’t need it pumped and told me where my problem was and tried to fix it. He gave me a recommendation of a place to use for the clog I had. He also mentioned if I could not get anyone he would come back and help me fix it. This was by far some of the best customer service from the phone call to the In person service. I will definitely use them when it is time to pump the tank and I highly recommend them.

We were incredibly impressed with how knowledgable, kind, and professional Art was when he stopped by our home to help us with a septic tank issue. We had a several other companies come out and try to diagnose the problem --sewage was backing up into our house-- but no one was able to figure it out. Art not only identified the issue using a camera inspection, but also took the time to throughly explain how our septic system works. As first-time homeowners, we're so grateful for his patience and willingness to educate us. Thank you, Art, for going above and beyond!
