I called them to come out and look at my salt cell. I wanted a quote of how much it would cost to fix or replace. Instead of a quote I got a $165 service charge for three minutes it took him to tell me what I already knew. When you call someone for a quote, you should let them know your service fee upfront.... especially if it is $165 for three minutes

I was trying to get warranty work scheduled for a Jandy product. I spent more time jumping a hoop just to try to get someone to come look at my unit. By the end of the second call and very frustrated, I got the best advice from Alba Tech, I was told to call someone else. I did and all is good. Save yourself some time and frustration, take Alba's advice and call someone else.

Techs need to learn how to drive less aggressively
