BUYER BEWARE!! We were communicating back and forth with this company in regards to some engineered pine flooring, we have never bought from them before so we did have questions. They had quoted and we had committed with our client with pricing with this company. Even after quoting and changing the price on us once we still continued wanting to work with them. However today I had two final questions before paying the invoice and that was average board length and lead time. I called and the owner of the company was very rude and said forget it I don't want to do business with you, I said wow what I literally am just trying to get the two questions answered and then pay the deposit invoice for you. He hung up on me. I would never recommend this company, I could only imagine once they got our

As a very discerning interior designer, I require the absolute best in service and quality from my sources. Albany never disappoints. Richard and his team of professionals always deliver beautiful quality materials, perfectly milled to specification. We just installed several dozen old exposed beams from Albany on one of our projects on the Gulf Coast and they are just perfection. Beautiful beams, full of character and history. Five stars!

Our General Contracting Company has been getting superior materials and service from Albany for many years. Many of the Architects we work with specifically request their wood flooring products. Much of our work involves restoration in historic homes, and they have been able to match the style and color of all that we have needed. Albany Woodworks has also provided and installed custom kitchen cabinets, doors, stair components, and other specialty wood items for us, with excellent results. We feel fortunate to be able to call on them for our fine wood working requirements.
