This was a great place! The family was very Friendly and helpful! We went out to pick up a piece of wood for our mantel and ending up buying two other pieces of wood also! We will defiantly be back to buy wood for a barn door we are making! Cant wait to get the home projects completed now!

10/10 recommend! We recently had the pleasure of working with this exceptional hardwood flooring company for our 1840s farmhouse renovation. We chose their beautiful character grade white oak floors, and the results are incredible! Beyond the impeccable product, what truly sets this company apart is the owner. Dan is a great guy --- super knowledgable, responsiveness, patient, and kind. The level of customer service we have experienced is truly exceptional. We've already become repeat customers for good reason and we have no doubt that we'll continue to return for future projects.

I build furniture and I buy all of my hardwood from Alben SM. This is a supplier for rough sawn kiln dried hardwood mostly cherry, walnut, oak and popular. Fair prices and quality wood. They may cut and plane wood to specific sizes for a machining upcharge. Not sure about that. Now manufacture and supply hardwood flooring. I will continue to buy here.

These guys are incredible! I have been using them to put up wood planking for interior walls and exterior signage for a new dental office. I dealt mostly with Dan, but he has been extremely patient, informative and accommodating with me throughout this process as I struggle through my indecision regarding wood choice, stain, etc. I will be using Alben for any additional wood/lumber needs in the future and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The folks at Alben Sawmill will treat you as family if you treat them with respect. I was looking for unique wood to make some furniture, Ray found me some nice spaulded maple and gave me a great deal. I had them plane it down to 3/4" for me and I came back and picked it up the next week. They kiln dry the lumber they sell, have had no issues with furniture.
