We had to replace and relocate our old tank and drain field. Wooten crew promptly came out, figured the best location, gave a good quote and had an approved county permit within a few days. Chris and the two employes doing the job were professional and easy to deal with. They did an excellent and safe job digging up the area, and installing the pipes, tank, and drain field. In covering it all up, they were like artists with their machines in perfectly smoothing the large work area. With the ground cover we are going to install, not only will that area look great, but will make our whole lot and house better. Highly recommend Albert Wooten. They are good honest people and deliver a great and professional final product.

I have had my wife call this installation company of septic system for new construction home. The builder had the home completed 2022. Was under contract and never occupied. We purchase the home as first time home buyers 2023. Little after a year of being the first occupancy family,had to have another company pump tanks. Was told that the drain field is back flowing. My wife called this company and was told there was only two years of warranty. My family only has occupied the home year and two months and over builder warranty. Builder said to contact installation company of septic. Finally a representative comes out with only six month left to make two years we've occupied the home. Saids putting solar fans on the end of drain Field. Without doing actual investigation that crap can't flow

Called for backed up septic and they were out in 2 business days and made quick work of my problem. Nice people and they do good work for reasonable rates. Thanks again!

Do not recommend this company. Warranty issue that they were contacted about and they showed up , stood around with a shovel and left without any discussion with me, the homeowner. Called the office and spoke to Chris and he stated once he spoke to his crew he would call back. Never called back, so I called them again and asked for Chris and the receptionist took my message and stated he would get back to me….. I called Adams homes and they sent out H2O plumbing. Great company and responded immediately. Stay away from any company that doesn’t respond to you on their warranty issues.

I had a great experience with their team where they walked me through a quick (albeit somewhat dirty) solution. This helped me keep my system up and running without having to bring someone out. I appreciated their honesty and they'll continue to have my business moving forward.
