Leaving a 4-star review for user credibility, but the service from Albritton was actually a 5-star experience! JR Reed and his helper arrived the same day I called and they immediately got to work upon arrival. They didn't ask for money upfront and they didn't give me a sales pitch for a new AC unit. Reed diagnosed the issue and walked me through the process of understanding my unit and fixing the problem. After the AC unit was working completely (the thermostat was faulty and needed replacing, and the AC unit needed some cleaning), the overall price was reasonable and worth the excellent service. They resolved the issue in under 1 hour. They were also super funny and nice. As someone who worries constantly about getting scammed and about my personal safety, everyone working for Albritton

I started using Albritton’s recently for generator maintenance. So when my air conditioner stopped cooling as much , they were the first to call . They came out same day . Randy May was nice and professional and very helpful with the questions I had . He was knowledgeable. Very efficient! I feel like Albritton’s is a business I can truly trust!
