Previously worked with Gio at Alcatraz Locksmith a couple years ago when my sister got locked out of her apartment and he was quick to help. Today we had an electronic lock go out at our home and needed to get it replaced. Ricardo came to the rescue super quick, he was here within 30 minutes and 20 minutes later our lock was replaced and working perfectly. 100% recommend Alcatraz Locksmith for their quick and excellent service at a reasonable price!

Omg..so after picking up my car, I realized that I left my garage opener in my rental car, and the key that was supposed to be for my house did not work. It was after 9:30 and these guys literally saved my life! I want to say the one who helped me name was Ricardo. He was EXTREMELY kind, knowledgeable, and got me in my house in under 5 minutes!
